Located in the most northern vineyards in Burgundy lies Chablis, a region producing unique, dry, mineral and age-worthy Chardonnay wines.

The unique climate, so cool that late spring frosts are a constant threat, and the Kimmeridgian soils create a terroir particularly suited to creating Chardonnays of exquisite purity.

As a general rule, Petit Chablis and Chablis-level wines should be enjoyed in their youth, however the best of the Premier Cru and Grand Cru wines can, in exceptional vintages, age for decades.
