West of the village of Mersault and high up on the slope at 300-320 metres elevation on east/north-east facing slopes. Deep limestone soils. Fermented with wild yeast, aged in seasoned barrels before blending in stainless steel. Beautiful Mersault villages wine here. Orange rind and lemon zest aromas and flavours, medium-bodied, mineral driven and a complex finish. Will age gracefully.
