Description
Bright yellow with green hues, spicy scent of dried herbs and yarrow, apple fruit increases with air; juicy and salty, piquant acidity with delicate melt, soybean sprouts, dried apple wedges with candied ginger, discreet aromas, compact body, complex with character.
Great Kamptal DAC Grüner giving excellent value for money.
Bryan Harrison –
Wow! What a pop of acid this beauty delivers. Citrus driven with a clean, bright and vibrant tang. Childhood came memories flood back when the sherbet zing flooded across my tongue. Never heading to sweet. Never over staying its welcome. Hints of herbaceousness round out a great food wine. This would rip through the oil in a proper fish and chips or schnitzel. Thanks for the addition to my quarterly pack. Cannot wait to find what’s in the next.
