Vino Intrepido ‘Grey Matter’ Ramato Pinot Grigio

1 customer review

A blush style of Pinot Grigio with texture and style.

Ramato comes from the word rame meaning copper, a direct reference to the colour of the wine. Pinot Grigio is an interesting grape in that it comes in all kinds of hues of copper and the wines that come from it can do likewise, despite what we typically see here in Australia. The colour comes from a small amount of time on skins, releasing pigment into the wine and giving it a definite ‘blush’. A more traditional take on Pinot Grigio that has texture and style along with the purity of fruit that we’ve come to expect from both the variety, and Vino Intrepido.
