WHICH AREAS DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We deliver anywhere within Australia where it is legal to do so. Currently, it is not legal to deliver to the Northern Territory and areas of other states. Please see the list below for more details.

WHERE CAN YOU NOT DELIVER TO?

Alcohol deliveries are legally not permitted to be shipped to some regional locations in WA, QLD, SA and ALL of the NT. ARE YOU LICENCED TO SELL ALCOHOL?

Yes. Fine Wine Cellars holds a packaged liquor licence which allows us to sell our wine directly to the public. According to the Liquor Licensing Act / Responsible Service of Alcohol Liquor Act 2007: It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to or to obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years, you may be required to provide identification. DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to PO Boxes at present. You’ll need to provide us with a residential or business street address.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders placed before 11am, Monday to Friday, can generally be packed and dispatched that afternoon.

For Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane Metropolitan we’ll deliver your wine within 7 working days. For Perth. Adelaide, Tasmania and regional areas please allow up to 10 working days. Customers in remote locations may need to allow for additional shipping time.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT HOME WHEN MY DELIVERY ARRIVES?

Our couriers will leave a delivery notice and you can call them on the number provided to arrange a new delivery time, or to pickup from their depot.

CAN I PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS ON WHERE TO PUT MY WINE IF I’M NOT HOME?

Yes, you can. We always let our drivers know what your preferred option is.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number so you know where your order is at all times via their online tracking service.

I'VE PRE-ORDERED A NEW RELEASE WINE OR BACK-ORDERED A WINE, WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

For special releases, aged releases or other limited wines, we occasionally offer the ability to pre-order these wines to ensure your allocation on the release day. For certain wines that are sold out, but we’re expecting stock soon, you can place a back-order.

Pre-ordering your wine means that you have reserved an allocation which will be dispatched via our couriers on the release day. Once dispatched, we will email you the tracking number to track your delivery via their website. Back-ordered wines may take up to four weeks to be dispatched.

DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY?

Replacement or refund is offered if bottles are faulty or damaged. All our deliveries are insured against loss, however you must notify us in a reasonable amount of time.

WHAT ARE THE CUT-OFF TIMES FOR CHRISTMAS?

For Christmas 2021 orders, the following cut-off dates apply.

For orders to Western Australia and South Australia, and regional locations in the eastern states, orders must be received by Wednesday December 8, 2021

For orders to metro areas of the eastern states, orders must be received by Monday, December 13, 2021.

Please be advised that there is a lot of strain on the current courier network affecting all couriers and Australia Post. Whilst unfortunately we are unable to guarantee deliveries by Christmas this year, sticking to the above dates gives us the best chance of making sure your Christmas plans are perfect.
